Rice is an antioxidant-rich ingredient containing vitamin E, ferulic acid and oryzanol. It forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss. It contributes to a brighter and more even skin tone while relieving irritated and dry skin.
The rice extract comes from Yeoju in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.
The toner is completely vegan and also free from silicones, alcohol, perfume and essential oils.
